I have built new pc and I have used it for only two days but it was working fine until now. My pc spec gigabyte b450 ds3h mobo, ryzen 1300x, corsair vengeance 8gb ddr4 2400mhz, vs550w corsair psu, ssd 240gb, sapphire rx580 SE?

Solution

You can check if you CPU Fan stay stable, maybe it's a problem in the processor.

Certainly the problem is in some hardware component because...
if you have 2 ram stick remove it one by one and try or remove all ram stick and turn on if you hear beeping code then motherboard is fine if not problem is in motherboard.

But on first look i think that you have problem with bad RAM stick

I removed ram stick and still no beep so motherboard could be problem but led on motherboard lights up which suggests it isn't dead

Also the pc was working fine until I installed this black ops 2 which showing error on starting and pc started to kind of lag so I clicked on restart and then the pc stuck on restarting logo then I had to force shut down by long press power button after that only this happened and now it won't boot.

You can try to replace your PSU, probably the problem is in voltage.

It might be but everything lights up so it isn't dead
But A ryzen 1300x and rx580 and 8 gb ram how much maximum watt they would need

Hi,
Have you tried to powercycle your PC? hence holding power button for 30sec when AC cord unplugged.
Have you check both video cable&display not causing the issue?

Since your PC has no onboard graphics, I would recommend borrowing spare GPU and PSU to test both.

Cable is fine, gpu fan and led works fine so i assumed it is fine
I will try power cycle first

Certainly the problem is in some hardware component because the computer does not manage to do the Power On Self Test (POST)

Solution

Actually the bios was corrupted and had to send motherboard to service center and the flashed it and it worked for a month and again got corrupted and again had to get it reflashed and now it's working let's see what happens now
Currently overclocking and pushing limits of processor and ram
I'm not touching graphics card
