Question PC on, but randomly no signal to monitor

This usually happens when I game (mostly before or right after I click accept on League of Legends). I turn on my PC with no issue but in middle of my gaming sessions, it's like my PC goes to sleep, like the monitor turns off like I put my PC to sleep, but my desktop is still working and I can still hear stuff while my screen isn't getting any signal, but for some reason sometimes discord stops working when this happens. I have to hold the power button to restart my PC and it turns on normally. I have a feeling it's my GPU but it could be windows screwing up I don't know. Any suggestions as to how to fix this? When this happens I check my HDMI cable by unplugging and plugging back in but it doesn't seem to work. I tried different versions of my GPU (AMD Radeon RX 5700) but doesn't work.
