[SOLVED] PC only booting into safe mode manually and not into normal Mode

Just 2hrs back my system was not booting into my Primary SSD (C:)/Windows and it kept bootlooping into Advanced Recovery. If I selected Safe mode it booted into it. Now I thought that Motherboard or my ssd was damaged so I installed a Windows 20H2 on my Backup SSD E:/ that I use for games. It Installed and booted fine. Then I tried booting into my OLD installation and to my Surprise it booted fine.

Now can anyone tell what just happened to my PC? Did my MBR get corrupted or bugged that prevented Windows booting into Normal mode?

Previously faced issues with my motherboard RGB Software (Polychrome RGB). Whenever I ran it it BSODed and then on restart my main nvme SSD vanished meaning it was not detected and only other drives showed up. Only after full shutdown it detected the NVME.

Update your post to include full system hardware specs.

Look in Reliability History and Event Viewer to determine if Windows captured any error codes, warnings, or informational events related to the boot looping.

Uninstall Polychrome RGB: could be buggy or corrupted.

Determine if your system returns and stays normal sans RGB....
