PC only boots from second attempt

Hi, from day to day when i turn on my pc from first attempt 98% of time it stuck on windows logo. Then i need to shut it down with power button and second time pc boots normaly, without problems. I have this problem for a long time.

PC specs:
CPU: I7 2600 3,4ghz
RAM: 12gb (8+4)
GPU: R9 380 4G
MB: P8B75-M LE
PSU: RAIDER 550W
HDD: WD Re Se 1TB
SSD: Samsung 840 Pro 128gb

What causes the problem?

This might be to do with the Hybernate/fast boot setting, see the thread on switching off Hybernate for Choosing what the power button does.
