[SOLVED] PC only fans spining ,power button not working

I was in the settings and enabled TPM 2.0 for a Windows 11 install i saved and restarted ,All that was working was the Cpu and the other Fans.Mouse ,.Keyboard , Ethernat no lights on them .No signal on the Monitor.The power button not wotking i had to use the switch on the PSU to switich it.off The motherboard is Gigabyte B450 M DS3H RYZEN 5 2600X 16GB of Ram the System is just three years old.the PSU Fractcal Essance 500w iand a GTX 1060 3gb.I had no problems with it before i went in the settings.

I tried all the ways it could be done.But as the PC is not working now,all i want it to do is work.
I am not quite sure what i did in there.🙁I find it hard to see that what ever i did in there would cause Ethernet cabal to have no light on it,i tried it in another PC it worked fine.same goes with the Keyboard and Mouse,As i said earlier the power button dose not work at all.I have other PSU,s to test it with but no DDR4 ram.I must addmit it does need a good dust clean out in there.I have got an air duster to do that. I will have to wait tell we get some good weather to do it outside.

All is ok now. All i did to get it working again is to take out the CMOS battery our for a short time ,and it is now working again.
