Hi there, I've been observing these forums on and off for the better part of 4 years now and I've always managed to solve issues without having to post... Untill now.
My PC has been running perfectly fine, till I got my new monitor(DVI) plugged in. Then I noticed windows was frozen. So I restarted and it froze again right before windows should have finished loading. I tried this a few more times to no avail. So i let windows attempt to repair. No good. It prompted me to do a restore so I did one. The restore didnt solve my issue either.
So, I ran windows in safemode and it ran fine. I uninstalled my nvidia GTX 470(No sli, nor onboard video) and restarted. Windows loaded just fine. However, after installing the video card again, with the most recent driver, I restart and it fails again. It couldn't be the driver else this issue would have popped up long ago.
Any suggestions/questions?
