PC or PSU Buzzing

Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, new here!

I've been getting a lot of buzzing/whining from my pc whenever I move the mouse or my pc loads images, games etc.

I managed to get the whining to temporarily stop by running OCCT and setting it to Power supply and running a test. As soon as I do that the whining instantly stops. But If I alt+Tab to Chrome, it comes back. And then Alt+Tab back to OCCT and silence. Of course when I close it I get the whining back.

RMA is not really possible. PSU is only about 6 months old but never really noticed the buzzing due to wearing a headset and having pc under desk. Now its on my desk and its very loud!

Could anyone offer any help?

Thanks!

The whining almost always means the power supply is going out. I would just get it replaced to be honest with you. I would also leave 650W as the minimum wattage, for a card and processor like that, you want ample power.
