PC outlets and buttons don't work.

Hi guys! I recently spilt water on my PC while it was off. After letting it dry and turning it on all the fans run- however I'm not sure if anything else is working. My PC power button doesn't work so I have to flip the switch on the back of my PC. NONE of the ports work. And I do mean none. Both those connected just to the motherboard and those connected to my graphics card. So my HDMI doesn't work so I can't even work from a monitor. I do know that power is running through my motherboard and VGA because they both have red lights (as a design) running through them and they glow. So I'm not sure what to do. There's even USB ports on the front of my PC that don't work that aren't connected to my motherboard.

The PC was powered off, but standby voltage still was applied. How long did you let it dry before you powered it up?

Disconnect as many components as possible (keep the minimum required to see if it POST); if it won't POST then start replacing parts like the PSU or the motherboard. If you don't have spares, then bringing it to shop may be easier.
