So today I went out and bought a new motherboard and processor so I'm currently running on:

Amd fx8350 black edition
Asrock pro7 mobo
Rx470 4gb graphics card
750w pulse power psu
16gb ram
1tb memory

My pc keeps overheating about 10 mins into a game and turning off completely, I play games like h1z1 just survive and h1z1 kotk and conan exiles and rust etc
It's really annoying cause it was working fine with my old mother board and cpu which was:
Amd a8 7650k
Gigabyte fm2+

Anyone got a solution?
The graphics card is steaming hot after it shut down but my gpu temp is 67° gpu speed 98 and VRRM usage is 34, should I put my old mobo and processor back in and get a refund for my new or no?

Solution
AMD cards run hot. If you check the temps for the rx 470 most people are getting 67-75c during gaming. The r9 290 and 390 can run safely around 90c. What about the cpu temperatures?

Taken it into a pc shop to see what they would say and it's a brand new motherboard so I doubt it's that but I got the cpu from cex, the cpu is running around 52° can anyone suggest a better cpu to go with the asrock 970 pro3 mobo? As I may get a refund for the cpu

Both are old tech to be honest, last generation. AMDs newest platform is Ryzen, using AM4 socket. If possible return/sell both.
