When I boot my pc it reaches 60 degrees instantly, and when I open a program like skype or Google Chrome, it reaches 100 degrees or more.
Task Manager says my CPU works at around 10% but still overheats.
I already cleaned the whole pc. Does anyone has any solutions?

I installed many other programs like this, but this program also says that core 1, 2, 3 and 4 are between 90 and 98 degrees while they are all 1 or 2% loaded.

Hey OP if you are still having issues or even have this PC as this was back in 2013.

It could be the water pump itself.

The temperatures you are talking about are enough to outright kill a CPU. Thermal cutt off will be reached at 100 degrees celcius and your computer would simply turn off.

The lag you say will be due to thermal throttleing the CPU is slowing down so it can be cooled more affectively. This normally happens around the 85 to 90 degree celcius mark.

I want you to try with a different cooler even if its just a heatsink and fan cooler as they are cheaper and easier to install. If you don't know how to any PC store should be able to install it for you for a few dollars shouldn't be too expensive.

This doesn't really sound like the work of a Virus and Malwarebytes anti malware would catch it or atleast pick up some sign of it.
