PC Overkill? Will parts work together without bottlenecking??

List of parts I would like for pc I don't have gpu because I think I might wait for the RX 480 and get 2 of those? Will the pc be able to handle it without bottlenecking and not getting full potential from parts? Feedback greatly appreciated!

you should go with a single stronger gpu instead of 2 graphics cards out the gate. that way you can add a second more powerful gpu down the road if you choose. otherwise games just run better on a single gpu.

So you think I should get for example a 1070??? And are the other parts good? I think they should be but if I get 1070 should I upgrade to i7 or i5 will be good mainly gameing and browsing web.

If you are gaming at 1080p or 1440p, then two RX 480 is a good idea. As long as you are above 60 FPS, CF or SLI have low impact and give impressive results.

However, not a good idea for 4k because if CF don't run properly with a game, then the 1070 GTX is going to be the better pick.

Your other option is a 1070 GTX which is a more viable option at 4k.

Dual RX480 is stronger than a single 1070 GTX, however CF is having drawbacks. Depending on your display and your cards manufacturer, micro-stutering can be present (however after 3 different CF setups, I have never seen any).

The advantage of single gpu is that you don't need a month before having proper CF or SLI profile to run the game. If you don't buy games on day one, than going multi-gpu is not going to affect you much.

Keep your i5, for gaming your main investment should be on your graphic power.

I just wanted to add that when CF work properly, it blows out anything. I played many game at 60 FPS at 4k that few really experienced.

CF and SLI profiles can sometime takes up to a month in the worst case to be released. Usually after a week or two the initial CF or SLI profile is available. This mean you could wait for a couple of weeks before using your system properly.

However, at 1080p, only one card max out any games at 60 FPS at ULTRA. SO, that you need to wait for the profile for CF is not a big issue.

If you are like me and running a 4k setup, it is a huge problem because without my second card, I cannot run many games above 30FPS. With my two cards, I can run many games at 60FPS.

When I am saying day, I am talking about day one games release. Like if the new Call of Duty is released tomorrow, then you might wait a couple of days before CF is implemented.

AMD is quite fast lately, they released the CF profile for Mirror Edge Catalyst around the same day the game was released.

But like I am saying, this doesn't concerns you at all since one card max out everything at 1080p. The impact is going to be minimal.

You are going to be able to play every game at 60FPS minimum without an issue.

In CF, you will be able to play ,mostly any games at 144Hz.
