Well can you make your suggestions because prices in my country are not really similar to USA or anywhere else? It is approx 700-750 $. I know motherboard for this should be hd3 i think but i am not really a pro in pc building so i didn't know it makes so much of a difference. THanks for answer

Budget is around 5000kn - 5500 max. You can make it even more if you want i just want to see suggestions. I will see how much i want to go high with budget. But if it could fit 5500 would be great

A very reasonable build.
One thing, your case allows 160mm for an air cooler, the noctua NH-D15 is 165mm tall.
A better option is the NH-D15s which is 160mm. It will cool just as well and should be priced the same.

Can you buy a better psu? The specs look like it is an old budget unit with only half the claimed wattage going to the 12v rails where it is needed.
Seasonic is always good.

How high you can oc a 8600K will be determined by your luck in getting a good chip.
as of 3/22/2018
What % of I5-8600k chips can oc
at a agressive vcore of 1.4 or so and delidded
4.9 96%
5.0 85%
5.1 66%
5.2 38%
5.3 13%

Note that those stats are for a delidded chip.
But, you will usually run into the 1.4v vcore limit before you run into thermal issues.

I think i will go with noctua for the start. I ll try to get as much as i can with it. I dont think it affects gaming so much. Only thing that bothers me here is graphics. Is 550w enough for new nvidia 2060 or 1160 whatever it is? Or 1070 if those get big prices?

Same build without the CPU cooler. I try to go with atleast 100w extra just to be safe and the 1080ti with you build only needs 400 so you are good
