Yes but you can save some money and get a Ryzen build which will perform nearly identically.

You can get Curcial P1 1TB drives cheaper then Samsung 970 and they again perform nearly identically.

For your GPU I would get a non reference card, Gigabyte, EVGA etc all make cards with better cooling.

Get a different PSU. The G3 isnt terrible but there are better ones on the market. The Corsair TXm and RMx are both solid PSUs
