I'm trying to upgrade my DDR4 RAM but it seems like my motherboard isn't compatible with DDR4. I was wondering if https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CBKQ75V/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1 is compatible with all DDR4 3000 Mhz RAM. (I use a AMD FX-8320 Processor and a GTX 1060 6GB if that changes anything)

That is an intel board you have an AMD CPU , not compatible.

Unfortunately that won't be compatible. For the CPU to be compatible with the motherboard, you will need an AM3+ motherboard. If you already have the motherboard, then you already have AM3+.
All AM3+ motherboards support DDR3 RAM. Some will support up to DDR3-2133, but you should see what yours is in the manual. Whatever it is, make sure you get 2 matching sticks, so that they can run in dual channel mode, effectively doubling their bandwidth to the CPU.
