I picked some parts for my new build and it says something about my case supporting video cards up to 350mm long, but video cards over 210mm may block drive bays and the video card I have chosen is longer than 210mm long. Is this important and do I need to change my parts? It also says Fractal Design Core 1000 USB 3.0 MicroATX Mid Tower Case has front panel USB 3.0 ports, but the Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard does not have onboard USB 3.0 headers.

Then dont worry about that warning. There is a spot on the side of the case where you put the drive and it clears the GPU
How many drives did you plan to put in the system? I build a system in that case and the larger cards will basically take up spots where you could potentially put more drives. But you have to add the hardware to do that.

Like a HDD? Only 1.

How about a NZXT Source 210 S210-001 it's about $40 and has a VGA Clearance Maximum: 230mm w/ hard drive, 330mm w/o hard drive. It also has 2 x USB 2.0 on the front panel.

If you want more room how about a ENERMAX OSTROG ECA3253-BW? It is $45 and can handle VGA cards 286.3mm or you can remove the Hard Drive cage and have 413.8mm for VGA cards.
