PC parts Compatability

Hey guys.
I am new to PC gaming and am looking to build a custom PC with these parts. As I am very new to computer building I would like to know if these parts would all work together? Also, would I be able to get good performance while gaming with these parts?
Motherboard: Asrock B85M-HDS MB
RAM: Crucial 8GB CT102464BA160B
CPU: Intel Core i5 4440
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R7 260x OC
PSU: Thermaltake Smart 650W Power supply
Hard Drive: All I Know is that its a 160G SATA sorry
Case: Bitfenix Shadow Black ATX case
One more question, will this power supply be enough? I have no idea what the exact power supply will need to be.
PLEASE can someone help me.

Power supply wii be enough but you should get a better gpu for good performance in games.

I want to spend about $300 max. on a graphics card. Is that not enough?
