Are these pc parts compatible?

Cpu- Intel i5 7600k
Motherboard- Asus Prime B250M A
Gpu- Nvidia gtx 1080ti
Ram- 8gb
Psu- 450W
CPU cooler- CoolerMaster Hyper 103

If not what changes do I need to make in order to make it just compatible?

Solution

Compatible, yes, but not ideal in any way. Old gen CPU, that cannot overclock on that motherboard. PSU is too low of wattage, even if it is of excellent quality.
Is this just for gaming? What resolution and Hz is your monitor?

Your motherboard doesn’t allow you to use the overclocking features of the ‘k’ cpu and a quad core is rather low end to match with a 1080Ti but how bad will depend on your resolution and Hz.

Everything is compatible but it’s a bad combination of parts.

Tell us your budget, there's obvious improvements that can be made to this build. You definitely need a few changes here. Firstly, you're buying an overclockable CPU but not an overclockable motherboard. Secondly, if you're gaming, then 8 GB RAM with a 1080 Ti is a huge mismatch. Also, 450 W for a 1080 Ti is again a mismatch. Could lead to severe problems or work for years to come, but it's a very risky thing to do, even if it is a good PSU.

is the make and model RAM you are getting? DDR3 or DDR4?

you never mentioned the complete model for the GPU which shouldn't matter anyway

what is the make and model of the PSU. the PSU is one of the most important parts of a PC.

They are compatible, but not that great of a build, did you have these parts laying around, are you getting them cheaply, or is this a new build?
