So I am building my first gaming PC and before I go and buy my parts I wanted to know if all the parts were 100% compatible. Here is the list:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B450-F gaming ATX AM4

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB(2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133

Storage: Samgung 860 Evo 500GB 2.5 as SSD and Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5 7200 RPM as HDD

Video Card: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 WINDFORCE OC (8GB, High End)

I would recommend 3200mhz DDR4. A better PSU wouldn't hurt, seasonic focus gold preferably.

All compatible, yes.

As mentioned, 3000-3200MHz DDR4 would certainly be beneficial for Ryzen.

As far as changes/price etc... some thoughts:
1. The Strix B450-F is typically a little pricier than comparable boards. It's also ATX, which, on the B450 chipset, isn't particularly useful (IMO).
2. Crucial MX SSD offerings are typically a bit cheaper than 860 EVOs. While in benchmarks, they're a little slower - in day to day use, they'll 'feel' just as fast.
3. You might want to hold off just a little bit on the GPU purchase. With 20xx cards dropping, you might see some impact to 10xx card prices (although you may not).
4. The PSU is solid enough. Depending on your location, you may be able to do better for the money though.
