Looks alright to me except you are missing a HDD and a CPU cooler

I would recommend a 1TB Seagate Drive and for a CPU cooler I would recommend a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo

You will have to buy a copy of Windows that can easily be found on Amazon and you simply put the disc in the machine and tell the PC to boot from the CD and then go through all of the options it gives and it will install windows onto your HDD for you

I can't be certain if i'll be available when you get your PC, that's the problem

But for that question, when you go to install windows it will ask where you want to install it to and it will just be a matter of clicking on the SSD icon then it will install on that drive

Leave the hard drive unconnected from the motherboard and it will install on the SSD.
Instead od buying a aftermarket CPU cooler use the stock and and buy the i5 6500 processor the 6400 is rather slow.

Get a better power supply and a larger SSD, you also need a extra case fan for the front blowing in that case only comes with one fan.

i have an optical drive in my old pc which i will use, and oh i never noticed haha. is your build alot better?
