I am currently building my first pc and i am using pcpartpicker to find the best parts. As I am doing so i see that in US there is a HUGE difference in prices from webstores compared to those in Greece so I was thinking of buying some parts from US.
The problem is though that most of the shops available on the website there charge huge amounts for taxes + shipping. (e.g. amazon for a gtx 970 charge 120 $ for shipment to greece).

So do you guys know any good webstore that i can find cheap parts or can you help me find a solution to avoid taxes etc?

Thanks

unfortunately there's no way of getting round this. The extra tax you pay for importing from another country is Import tax to the Greek government, the reason why components cost more in Greece because of the higher taxes. Even if you were to fly to a different country and bring some compononents back, you would be expected to declare it at customs and pay the extra tax...blame the EU mate
