So I am about to buy the parts for my pc here they are:
CPU - i3 8100
MB - Gigabyte B360M D2V
RAM - ADATA Premier 8gb DDR4
HDD - WD 500gb
GPU - GTX 1060 3GB Palit, StormX OC HDMI + 3*DP + Dual DVI-I
CASE + PSU combo - Delux DC610 w/ 500w PSU
What else do I need to buy? Cables? Thermal paste? I have a hdmi for the monitor so that’s not a problem, anything else?

Solution

Do not use that PSU. Never use a power supply that comes with a case. They are almost always extremely low quality and using them is a risk to your pc. Buy a separate power supply, and make sure it is at least of decent quality (I would recommend sticking with seasonic).
Also, do you have a copy of windows? If not you may need to buy one.

Agreed about the PSU. Rule of thumb - never use PSU's that come with cases. They put your system to risk. As for the windows, you don't necessarily need to buy a license right now. You can make a bootable Win10 for free from Microsoft's website and just buy activation key later in the future.
Don't need a thermal paste, cooler that's included with the CPU comes already pre-applied.
