pc parts help

hi i have a question
my pc spec is
case oem 735
AMD 6 Core FX 6300 4.1Ghz Gigabyte 78LMT USB 3.0 Motherboard
Gigabyte hd7790 2gb OC
resolution 1280x720
my cpu has one fan
i have one sys fan on back
my graphics card has one fan
my psu has a fan
do i need one at front of pc

I usually put one in the front of the system with it pointing in to draw in cool air and create a air flow from front to back of the case. Fans are fairly cheap these days. I would check and see if your case has a place in the front to add a fan. If it does hopefully it supports 12CM fans they turn slower so they are quieter then 8CM fans but they move a lot of air.

it does have a place for a fan i have a 120mm fan in on molex

Yes, 120mm = 12cm they are the same thing.
