yes, but you need to make sure your psu can handle it. What model and how old is your psu?

im not to sure but i most likely will need new one i right now i use a 960 and its fine for it

PCI is PCI. PCIE 3.0,2.0,1.0 only has speed diff and is backward compatible. It has 2 PCI slots
