Yes PC idea 2 is less expensive, I am willing to spend the money for the one with better performance. I'm new to this and could use a few opinions. Thank you

I don't think the performance will be somewhat close.

The CPUs are the same.

I don't know how the SSDs compare because you didn't post models....but they are both SSDs....so neither should be super slow.

....and 16 GB of memory in both.

The 2070 super is slightly faster than the 5700...but not a lot.
