Question Pc Performance Help

Hi please can someone help me?I ran a few benchmarks and i had a message come up saying High background CPU (26%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy. Find active processes with Windows task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC).
ive checked theres no background apps running because i have 2 programs on my pc only.So im not sure why i get this message.

That comes up on userbenchmark , which is lame , ignore it.

User benchmark really isn't all that accurate.
