PC Performance Issue

Hi I have a PC with the following config....

CPU-Intel Core to Duo E7500@2.93 Ghz
MB-DG43NB
RAM-4GB
Graphics Card- Zotac Ge Force 210 1GB DDR3
OS-Windows 7 Ult 32 Bit
Direct X-11.0
Shader-4.1

I tried playing a few games after confirming recommended performance in http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri

As per their analysis my PC config should be able to play NFS Most wanted(2005) Modern Warfare series smoothly. While playing the games I see considerable lags, sluggishness and consistent frame drops. In other words playing is not at all worthy. On the same PC i have played COD 4: MW and NFS Most Wanted (2005) smoothly with 2GB RAM and Geforce 9500GT (1GB) a few years back.

Your expertise in this matter is really appreciated.

Step 1, check temperatures of the CPU and GPU while gaming (use tools like Core Temp/ CPU-Z/ GPU-Z). Report back the MAX temps when gaming.

While playing Most wanted in full settings GPU temp is around 66-73 celsius max

cpu temp is 45-55 celsius max
