Aftet about 3 hours my pc starts to run games poorly, they have bad loading times and lag way too much. Heating isn't an issue and this is usually fixed with a reboot, which then performs poorly after 3 more hours.

Are you sure heating isn't an issue? Otherwise, it's possible that maybe if you're playing un-optimized games, that they have memory leak issues and take up a lot more RAM than they really need (with a program restart fixing it).

THREE HOURS?
That's a long time so probably NOT a heating issue. Generally a demanding game only takes a few MINUTES to get to thermal equilibrium.

I'd guess either:
1) software issue causing corruption, or
2) hardware issue (unknown)

If your system memory (DDR3) isn't too full then the only other issue affecting load times is the HDD. But why would the HDD be fine sometimes but not others?

Failing HDD?

Troubleshooting:
1. run MEMTEST86 for a full pass www.memtest86.com (may need to change BIOS boot order or quick-boot to the USB stick)

2. run HDD/SSD diagnostic software

3. observe system memory usage before launching games

WEB BROWSERS like Google Chrome can eat up system memory and CPU resources so close all web browsers before launching a game.
