Hi all,
Ive had my pc for over 3 years now and it has always kind of had performance issues since the day it was built. It runs windows perfectly ,but when trying to play a game the cpu percentage is always maxed out at 100% and cannot run games smoothly. I noticed it recently when i tried to play warzone on the lowest settings and it ran at like 10fps. Any help would be greatly appreciated .Here is the cpu-z validation link https://valid.x86.fr/db1w5s .

Also i have checked all the core temps and other temps and nothing seems to be overheating.

Solution
The CPU-Z link shows 3 GB on the card with 8 GB system RAM.
Yes and yes, but look at how much system ram is FREE.

I play 1920x1080p and i dont even mind playing with low shader details, but no matter how low i put it it still gets low fps
I already posted this, but:
1)you're hurting game performance with the single channel memory setup
2)you need to find out what's eating up what little ram you already have. Run Adwcleaner: https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/
Run System file checker: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026529/windows-10-using-system-file-checker
What resolution are you playing at? As alluded to above, the 3 GB on the video card is probably killing you here. The system is looking for other resources since the video card can only hold 3 GB of shaders/etc at a time. Dual channel RAM will help a little, but a better video card would make the biggest difference here, especially if you are running at high resolution.
