[SOLVED] Pc performing bad

When I play games (this is with Every game)
It stutters sometimes and graphics are horrible ive linked a recording of my in game experience: pc underperforming - YouTube
fh5 should be smooth on high and look way better

your cpu is under, and you running slow ram.
