[SOLVED] PC Performing Below Expectations

Solution
1)Cpu: turbo(avg) is lower than base. This implies throttling - usually thermal.
2)Toshiba P300: drive too full. It may also be getting too hot during operation. It also may have a high number of bad sectors. Drive health can be checked using Crystal Disk Info. Link here: https://osdn.net/projects/crystaldiskinfo/downloads/76150/CrystalDiskInfo8_12_10.exe/
3)Ram probably in the wrong slots. It should be 2 and 4, unless otherwise specified in the motherboard manual.

Are you running vsync or any sort of frame limiter at all? Also your ram seems to be underperforming-is it running in dual channel/installed in the correct slots?

I run v sync because i often get screen tearing and idk if i have the ram in the correct slots i have 2 8GB sticks i have them side by side and then two empty to the right

Are you running windows off the Toshiba HDD? if so moving to the SSD might help improve overall performance as well, at least, thats what userbenchmark said about your boot speeds.

Yes its on the toshiba hdd i Just recently put the ssd in and idk how to transfer windows over properly without messing anything up.
