[SOLVED] PC performing way below expectations (29th percentile)

Hi everybody,
I've run the Userbenchmark test in my computer and the results are very very bad.

Any advice of how Ican fix it?. 😓

When was the last time Windows was reinstalled from scratch?

No, for some time it appears to run at a slower speed... I bought it 5 years ago

Start with a re-installation then. Your drive(s) are probably more fragmented than a Brexit discussion in the UK parliament...

Along with the Windows re-install, get the motherboard and GPU drivers from the manufacturer, not the ones that Windows uses by default.

After all that is done, re-run the test and if still bad we can start looking at temperatures and whether your CPU is clocking up to where it's supposed to be.
