PC performing way below expectations

According to Userbenchmark, my PC is performing well below what it should be.
"Overall this PC is performing below expectations (36th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 64 performed better."
If at all, I'd appreciate any and all help anyone could give me.

Did you miss this part
"High background CPU (21%). High background CPU reduces benchmark accuracy. Find active processes with windows task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC)."
Try stopping uneeded background process or find out which ones are using those resources and stop them and run the benchmark again.

I ran it again, but it still doesn't help the GPU performing WELL under what it should be.

Your RAM is running slow too. Check in CPUz to make sure it is running in dual channel mode.

Still have super high CPU usage. Need to figure out what is causing that and stop it. It makes the benchmark inaccurate.

Your RAM is running slow too. Check in CPUz to make sure it is running in dual channel mode.

Also just checked CPUZ, and it says "Channel #: Single".

You need to put the RAM into the correct slots on your motherboard.

Still high so that means the offending programs are also set to run at startup.

Thank you, this fixed my memory problem. However, the CPU/GPU problems still remain.
