[SOLVED] PC performing way below expectations

Hello,

I recently upgraded my PC GPU to the 1660S along with getting a new 144hz monitor but my PC has been running really bad recently. I ran a userbenchmark ( hhttps://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/27729318 ) and found that my GPU is running really poorly would anyone be able to assist in troubleshooting why this is happening and help me get the system running roughly as expected?

expectations (11th percentile) is useless unless you are planning to upgrade. they compare all different cpu

check the cpu/gpu temp?
malware scan the system?
make and model of the psu?
ram is not running at 1600

Looks like you forgot to set the memory.

CPU core temps min. 70°C max 84°C
PSU Corsair CX750
Malware scan completed + put the ram upto 1600 but still getting very low GPU score on UserBenchmark

cpu is overheating. clean the cooler/fan. redo the thermal paste
