[SOLVED] PC Performing way below expectations.

Solution
i just changed to xmp and this the benchmark again https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/39658697
what can i do to further improve my performance ?
you have enabled the wrong xmp, your memory is rated for 2666 mhz, you have it running at 2133mhz (default) check your xmp to set it for 2666mhz

please make a "hiren boot stick" (it's easy to do :) any usb stick will do it doesn't require much space)

INSTRUCTIONS

boot from the stick, it has a stripped down version of windows, run the benchmark from there and post your results

The reason i ask about this is that both of your benchmarks report a high cpu usage, meaning there is a lot going on in the background
It could also be...

It could also be something on your OS that is messing with the results, doing the benchmark from the stick eliminates this

If the benchmark is better, i'd do a full windows reinstall (also why no ssd?)

because my mother board says it is compatible with 2133 MHz

i saw that message after posting the second benchmark. I did them while i was in an online meeting, after i finished, i closed everything and this is the result https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/39659475

also why no ssd
because i dont want to spend any more money on this setup

thanks for the help

you are correct i looked up your mobo and the speeds it supports it only goes up to 2133mhz
AFAIK everything is running as it should now

you gpu specs will improve with overclocking it (up to you)

I would however really, really really :) recommend an ssd
Even a small capacity one for your os to run on will mean a huge difference
and if you change builds you can also transplant the ssd (also up to you)
