Today I tried Userbenchmark and I got everything below average, I have updated my Windows, drivers and have run Malwarebytes but the results are not getting any better, I tried the test twice and the results are always underperforming (I have also closed all startup apps and restarted my pc multiple times). Anyone knows how I can improve my performance and why it's so bad?

Here is my first Userbenchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/61043918

Here is my second Userbenchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/61046562

Does anyone know what the problem is?

background cpu usage is high

still having malware issue?

do a fresh os install

How can I fix that problem? I have already tried everything in this video that Userbenchmark suggested and it didn't work (

)

the biggest CPU usage was google chrome, but the only tab I had open was the Userbenchmark website (https://www.userbenchmark.com)
When is the last time you gave the innards a cleaning?

Run ubm like this.
Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run ubm with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results.

You should clean that thing out every so often. I am using a 6 year old MSI as part of my pc usage and I try to open it up can clean it out really well every 6 months or so.
