Hey, so i've upgraded my GPU couple days ago but my excitment was shut down pretty quickly after seeing how bad my PC runs in games which my old GPU was holding up like a champ.
I've Upgraded from Old ( and i mean old) AMD R7 360 GPU to a Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
Made a clean install of Windows and updated all of my drivers straight away using AMD Adrenaline app
Whole setup :
CPU - AMD ryzen 5 3600 ( not overclocked)
GPU - Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
PSU - Gigabyte 650w
Motherboard - Aorus b450 ELite v2
RAM - Kingston HyperX Fury 2400MHz CL15 DDR4 2x8GB kit

By my any speculations it can't be even close to being bottleneck by my CPU
The only thing i did is i disabled Gamebar Presence which unfortunately did not help at all
Feel free to ask any questions

When upgrading to brand new GPU you need to think about other specs in your system is this going to handle powerful GPU coming from 360 GPU because this is a big jump. Have you used DDU to remove all the drivers before installing the new GPU and also cpu might be bottlenecking the GPU and holding it back!

Yes i did DDU all the old drivers straight away before installing the new ones, i've read some forums online as well bottleneck and most of the people don't think it should be that big of a bottleneck with my system, but you never know

Did you right click your Windows desktop> go to display settings and configure your monitor settings? Look for Advance Display Settings. Does your monitor have display (resolution) setting modes to configure your new GPU? Just asking because I sometimes forget Windows needs this information and the monitor needs some configuring.
Hope this helps.
