So, I was turning my PC off and on again to uninstall a program, but I entered the BIOS when it opened. I looked in the fan settings, changed nothing, and left without saving changes. All of a sudden, my monitor, mic, and keyboard won't connect. The mouse is still connected, or I think it is. It's RGB was on. I opened up the system, tried clearing the CMOS, and nothing. I unplugged all the peripherals and put them back, to no avail. I took out my GPU and put it back, and nothing happened. I suspect it is a issue with the computer, as my monitor still connects to my Xbox One S. Can someone help?

Edit: The PC's RGB comes on, but nothing onscreen other than "No Signal".

Tearing the system down to bear bones, and bench building it on the mobo box "hopfully". Build just the cpu and cooler onto the mobo fresh thermal paste. "At this point a good time to remove cmos battery for awhile". Seat the ram make sure you ram is in dimm a2 and b2 for dual channle. At this point seat the mobo io "CLOSE" to the edge of the mobo box. Seat the gpu carfully since this isn't the stablest build but will work for a 5 minute test boot. After gpu is seat carefully without pushing to much on gpu seat the cmost battery and plug psu in and jump the power terminals
