Pc peripherals won't work after moving RAM?

My pc was having some issues so I tried checking to see if it was a bad ram slot. I have 2x 4gb ram sticks muskin blackline.
Anyway, I took out one stick and I still had the glitch I was experiencing(nothing major just some screen tearing in games) so I moved the second one to another slot. I turned on my PC, but none of my peripherals worked. My monitor was on but wouldn't display anything and my mouse and keyboard wouldn't turn on. So I added the other ram sticks and put them back exactly where they were, but still no luck. What do I do? I can't access BIOS or anything because none of the peripherals work.

Solution
Unplug, open the case, remove the DRAM, reset the CMOS then install the DRAM in the proper slots and ensure it's fully seated then try starting up - will need to reset the date and time
