PC Post 2 Beeps

Lenovo K410 Pre build
I am getting no video output and two post beeps
I have replaced the motherboard, PSU and Ram.
i have tried resetting the CMOS via the short pins and battery.
After moving the short pins im not to sure on the original placement.
No keyboard power
Tried using external and internal graphics

Any advice on what the problem could be and how to solve it?

Knowing you replaced the mobo, have you looked somewhere in the troubleshooting section of the mobo?

I have but found it quite vague. It is the same as the origing mobo

Here’s what I have to say.

Try to reseat the gpu. If that doesn’t work, reseat the ram, and make sure you hear a clicking sound. If not, reply back.
