Question PC post, but stops in the motherboard screen

The system is beeping normally, but stops at the motherboard screen.
The keyboard is still working, and I can reboot through CTRL + ALT + DEL. However, I am unable to access any options from the motherboard.
Do you have any idea what the issue could be?

It's an old PC:
CPU: R5 1500x
MB: Gigabyte (don't remember)
GPU: R9 380
RAM: 2x 8gb

Basically crashes on Motherboard logo?
Try removing disks that you have connected to your computer.

I removed te disks and then worked.
After that, I connected one by one (3 disks), and everything works fine.

Sometimes moving inside the case and pulling cables and moving them, it may be that some of them were not so well placed connecting disks, just guessing. When this happens, you immediately suspect the disks, sometimes it may even be one of the disks that is not working well.
