Question Pc posting with display but then after boot randomly gives no signal

I just installed a xfx rx 580 into a new build and it posts but then turns off abruptly, I have a B250M motherboard with a I5 6500 I think the issue is the pci lane isn't fully seated but I cant seem to fix it because the case doesn't let me go further in.

This is driving me insane

It posts for like a random amount of time through like 2-5 min then I lose signal and the fans ramp up, I don't think the cable connecting the pc to monitor is the issue

List the exact Model number and brand of your current power supply unit/PSU. What do you mean by saying, "pci lane isn't fully seated" ?

You mean the GPU is not seated properly on the PCIe slot of the mobo ? If there is not enough room in your ATX cabinet for the GPU, then make sure this isn't the case either.

Also properly insert and plug the PSU's 8-pin PCIE cable to the GPU as well. Check cables attached to other system components as well, such as CPU, mobo, HDD/SSD and other parts. Make sure no loose connection is there.
