Does this setup have the capability to video stream on YouTube or game on? What gpu would be good with this setup?

The b350 board need an updated bios to run the 2200g.
What is the psu model, there are a lot of junk 80+ psu's out there.
Is the ram 2x4gb or 1x8gb?

It can stream, sure, keep it at 720p 30fps. Many games are now utilizing 4+ cores, so depending on the game streaming may be difficult.

If the psu is decent, you can pair with a rx570, gtx 1650S/1060 or similar
