Question PC power button being weird

About a few weeks ago, my power button started being a little funky. At first it just wouldn't turn on at the usual quick press of a button, and I had to press it a few times before it fully registered. Now it won't even turn on or off most of the time, only turning on after like 20 presses of different lengths. Sometimes the pc will turn on, the fans spin, but then they turn off, then on again, and off, without any of my input and never booting up the pc. I've only had a pc for about a few months now and I know little to nothing about pc building or how they work. Help would be graciously appreciated.

If you've only had it for a few months--time to call them and possibly have warranty service.
