PC Power Cord Voltage?

So my pc was taken apart- a least the cords. Two power cords look exactly the same but one is for monitor. One is 125 volts and the other is 250. My pc has 500 watts power supply. Which one is for the pc? And which one is for the monitor? Also, when I first started it up I shut it down and it turned back on by itself.. I think that's because I didn't press the off button long enough. But it stopped doing that. It has done sometimes when I put it together. (After the cords have been pulled out.) That is normal though, because I either might have pressed the button long enough, or just because i just put it together. So which cord is it? And when I first put it together (the cords) it takes a second or two to shut down but that is normal. So basicly everything is normal, I am just wondering what cords go where. Thanks

Solution
The 250v is most likely for the PC, and the 125v being for the monitor. Although I doubt it matters, I've miss matched both cords several times before.
