PC Power Issues

I was using my PC as normal when all of a sudden it seemed like the power went out. I looked at my PC and the power LED was blinking. I unplugged the PC and plugged it back in. When I pressed the power button, the fan LEDs and the fans turned on for a split second and then stopped. Upon pressing the button again, nothing happens until it is unplugged and plugged back in. My USB wireless headset adapter has power, but nothing else does. My PSU is a Thermaltake TR2 500W.

I need a solution urgently as this is my only PC and I need to do work I a incapable of doing from mobile
