Question PC power on but won’t boot

Hello,
I woke up this morning, suddenly my PC won’t boot, It does power on(I can see the LEDs and the fans working).
Also when I try to shut it down using the power button, it won’t shut down, I have to long press the power button, forcing it to shut down.
My PC worked fine for the last 4 years and I haven’t changed nothing since yesterday...
It’s a i5 4590 with 8gb ram and GTX960 graphics card.

Any help would be highly welcomed

look on the motherboard closely, does it have any small led on it, that says maybe something about the problem?

like mem (for memory) or cpu (for.. cpu.)
