PC power on problem

Hi
Thanks for listening me!
I have a ecs g41_m13 main board.
I have a problem with power on.
When I press power button pc turn on but any thing don't show on monitor. When I press restart key windows start up!
How I can fix this?
CPU: E5300
VGA: onboard g41 Intel
HDD: Seagate
DVD rw :Lg

Does the computer keep track of its time/settings between reboots?
If not then could be CMOS battery.

If it is not the battery then I would try to reset BIOS/CMOS according to motherboard manual.

Otherwise there is really nothing you can do besdies replace the motherbaord with something that is a half decent brand instead of the cheapest board on the market.

Pc don't turn on from sleep too.
Os: Windows 8.1 x64

CMOS battery is good. Bios updated and cleared to default.
Yes It's a cheap main board because this pc didn't use for gaming or other work need better hardware. But it's should turn on carefully. I have 3 main board same this other haven't problem.
