Question Pc Power Surging usually while gaming.

Hello I have been trying to solve this issue for a while been getting anti surge restarts while gaming for a few months now.
I have replaced my PSU but nothing changed and also tried everything i could in bios but nothing.

Specs
CPU:
i7-6700k

GPU:
GTX 1070 HOF

PSU:
EVGA supernova 1050

COOLING: H100

How is the power in your house? Do the lights dim when something like a PC/Heater/Hair dryer draws a lot of power? If so it could be that the power is fluctuating and voltage is dropping or spiking when the PC is under a heavy load like when gaming.
