Question Pc powering off

Hello guys, I have a question,

I recently built a desktop for a friend of mine.
But after installing the graphics card the pc shuts down on startup.
Sometimes it boots to the windows login screen then shuts down.

Specs:

• Aorus Gtx 1080 ti waterforce
• Ryzen 2700X
• 32GB ddr4 corsair ram
• MSI X470 gaming pro carbon
• NZXT X72
• Obsidian 500D
• kingston ssd 500gb
• Corsair RM750x

Is the GPU being overclocked? If so try without OC.

Open the case and doublecheck all connections and card seatings - including GPU. Make certain that all are fully and firmly in place.

Boot into Safe Mode if possible. Check Reliability History/Manager and Event Viewer. The logs may be capturing some error or warning code.

Download the drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

Failing the above, test the GPU in another known working computer or try another GPU in the desktop.

The GPU isn't overclocked and everything is connected as it is supposed to and firmly placed, could it be my PSU ?
