I'm pretty sure this is a software problem and not a hardware problem, as all tests all day temperature checks show its all fine. I've updated and removed outdated drivers, and still have the problem. I'm thinking it is a problem with something in Windows.

The problem is that after I've powered on my PC for a few minutes, it shuts down and then after about two seconds comes back on by itself and I don't have the problem for a couple days again, as it usually occurs every 3-4 times of powering on my PC. Event viewer shows Kernel-power 41 as the error.

Does this sound like a problem that Windows fast startup would cause? Or something else?

Solution
There is a relatively quick and easy method to see if this is software related.
1. Either boot from a Live Linux CD/DVD and work from there for a few hours/days and see if that happens.
2. Make an image of your system with some cloning software then format your HD and install a clean version of Windows that you are using. Use that for a few hours/days and see if it happens.

If it is still happening whilst using a clean system then obviously it is either a hardware fault or some weird BIOS setting (are you overclocking? if so, go down to standard clocks and see if that makes any difference).
